Trequity Capital Partners with Filmone for 2019 Moet & Chandon Filmone Film Gala.
The 1st Annual Film Gala dedicated to celebrating and honoring the works of the game changers and ground-breaking members of Nollywood held on Saturday, the 26th of January 2019. The event, a partnership between FilmOne and Moët & Chandon, showcased the business of film, provided recognition to filmmakers and, most importantly, gave room for less popular filmmakers with already produced short films to shine in an evening that will be long remembered in the industry.
As part of its commitment to the growth of emerging film makers, Triequity Capital partnered with FilmOne to reward the winner of the Best Short Film Award, Michael ‘AMA Psalmist"‘ Akinrogunde. His short film, Penance, carried the day at the conclusion of the live voting which took place during the event at The Wings Office Complex, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
